By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted once we send an order confirmation email.
Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Any claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted to askorhelp@morixshop.com within 14 days of delivery.
