Delays, Lost or Missing Packages

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

In the event of a lost or missing package, Morixshop will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier and provide support throughout the resolution process.

Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Morixshop cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact askorhelp@morixshop.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused or left unclaimed may incur additional return shipping or handling fees.

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will attempt to contact you to arrange reshipment.
